Multi-Number Inbox
Loopwave is built around a shared inbox: every conversation across every connected number lands in one place, so your whole team works from a single screen instead of passing a phone around.
One inbox, many numbers
Each WhatsApp number you connect runs as its own independent session, but they all feed the same inbox. You might run separate numbers for Sales and Support, or one per region — Loopwave keeps them organized while presenting a unified queue.
Each number has its own linked-device session, so one number dropping never affects the others.
Give each number a clear label (Sales, Support, India, UK) so your team always knows which line a chat came in on.
How chats appear
For each number, Loopwave lists chats newest activity first, showing the contact or group name, the last message preview, the time, and an unread count. Open a chat to see the full message thread.
Loopwave merges a contact’s anonymous and phone-based WhatsApp identities, so the same person always appears as one chat on a given number — never split in two.
Sending a reply
When an agent replies, Loopwave sends it from the same number the chat belongs to, and prefixes the message with the agent’s name so the customer (and your team) can see who answered. This keeps a shared number feeling personal and accountable.
Real-time updates
The inbox updates live. New inbound messages, status changes, and chat updates push to every connected dashboard instantly, so two agents looking at the same queue always see the same thing.
