Sending a Broadcast
A broadcast sends one message to many recipients from a connected number. Loopwave delivers it slowly and safely — one recipient at a time with randomized gaps — so a bulk send doesn’t look like a spam burst.
Only broadcast to people who opted in or have a real relationship with you. Read Outreach best practices first — broadcasts are the highest-risk feature for getting a number banned, which is exactly why Loopwave paces them for you.
Create a broadcast
- Name it and pick a number
Give the broadcast a name and choose which connected number to send from.
- Write the message
Compose your message. Use
{{name}}to personalize each send with the recipient’s name. - Add recipients
Add up to 5000 recipients, each identified by their chat id (and optionally a name for
{{name}}). - Start it
Start the broadcast. It moves to
queued, and the paced worker begins sending.
Personalization
Put {{name}} in your message and Loopwave substitutes each recipient’s name:
Hi {{name}}, our new collection is live this week. Reply STOP to opt out.Including an opt-out line like “Reply STOP to opt out” — and honoring it — keeps your block/report rate low, which is the single best protection against a ban.
