Loopwave’s analytics turn your inbox activity into numbers you can act on — how much you’re handling, how fast you’re resolving, and who’s doing what.
Headline metrics
The overview gives you the key KPIs at a glance:

| Messages today | Volume so far today. |
| Total chats | Every conversation tracked. |
| Open chats | Conversations still in the working queue. |
| Resolved chats | Conversations marked resolved. |

The overview is cached briefly (about 60 seconds) so dashboards stay fast even on large mailboxes. Numbers refresh on their own shortly after activity.
Message volume over time
The time series chart breaks volume into inbound vs. outbound so you can see the balance of conversation, with selectable ranges:
Hour-by-hour for the current day.
Daily totals across the past week (the default).
Daily totals across the past month.
Chats by status
A breakdown chart shows how your conversations split across Open, Resolved, Groups, and Direct, so you can see the shape of your workload at a glance.
Agent performance
The agents view ranks your team by resolved and active chats, so you can see who is carrying the queue and balance the load.
Healthy outbound volume with a steady reply rate is also your early-warning system for number health — a sudden drop in replies is a sign to slow your outreach. See Warming up new numbers.
